Associate Degree in Agro Processing and Business Management

The Caribbean Basin Development Bank has launched an Education Loan Facility designed to support students pursuing an Associate Degree in Agro Processing and Business Management. This degree is uniquely integrated with an Agro Cooperative Community Development Model, aiming to foster knowledge and skills in sustainable agriculture and business practices within cooperative frameworks. Funding for this initiative is sourced from the Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and supplemented by equity investments, offering a comprehensive financial support system for students engaged in agro cooperatives. This narrative underscores the bank’s commitment to enhancing agricultural education, community development, and economic empowerment through innovative financial solutions.
